Our Instructors

Prime Time Tumbling instructors have worked with cheerleaders, gymnasts, actors for both stage and screen as well as athletes looking to enhance performance in martial arts, football, basketball, as well as many other activities. Learning to tumbling enhances strength, balance, speed, explosiveness as well as providing the learner with a bodily awareness that other sports can sometimes neglect.
