Alex has been training in gymnastics for twenty years and has been coaching for eighteen of those years. He has worked with cheerleading squads throughout New Jersey and Pennsylvania achieving numerous national championships. In NYC, he instructs Broadway professionals for acro/tumbling and his students have appeared in shows such as Billy Elliot, Matilda, White Christmas, tour of Annie, Mary Poppins, The Grinch and Gypsy, as well as on TV and film. In March 2013 Disney Books released How to Act Like a Kid by Disney star and long time student of Alex, Henry Hodges and Margaret Engel, which featured a Q & A with Alex in their "An Acrobatics Coach Speaks" section. Alex is the founder of Prime Time Tumbling Inc and has been a member of USAG since 1996.
Coach Nick Ingenito has been involved in gymnastics since 1996 and began his coaching in 2001 with the Special Olympics of New Jersey. Since 2003, Nick has worked with cheer squads throughout Pennsylvania helping several to reach their goal of a national championship. As well as coaching tumbling, Nick holds personal training certifications and works extensively with athletes across all sports for increased performance through strength and speed training.
Alyssa has worked for Prime Time Tumbling for 5 years and has been involved with tumbling and cheerleading for 11 years. She has coached competitive and competed at the competitive recreational and All-Star cheerleading levels and is certified as a USASF instructor. Alyssa currently works with dance teams as well as aspiring actors and performing artists in Pennsylvania, New York and New Jersey. Recently her work in New York has centered on preparatory audition instruction for acro/tumbling and her students can be seen in a variety of on and off Broadway productions.
Karrissa has cheered at both the rec and competitive level for over 15 years as well as 6 years of dance performance. She has coached local recreational and All-Star cheerleading programs while working with Prime Time Tumbling for the past 6 years. Karrissa's work within the New York and New Jersey area has focused on acro/tumbling instruction for performing arts camps, intensives and weekly classes for students looking to increase their repertoire of audition skills.
Additional Prime Time Staff:
Danielle Martin: Danielle is a long-time student and now four year instructor with Prime Time as well as a current member of NCA staff. She has competed at upper-level all-star cheerleading divisions for the past six years along with being a "World's" participant. She has also received to All American and Top Gun Awards for tumbling at NCA cheerleading camps while as a participant in high school. Danielle is currently a senior at East Stroudsburg University majoring in forensic psychology and plan to graduate in the spring.
Michaela Evans: Michaela has eight years of competitive cheerleading experience at both the rec and all-star level and has been on the Prime Time staff for about three years. When she is not instructing or practicing for the Open Level 6 team she currently competes with, she attends Millersville University as a Sociology major.
Jen Shirey: Jen is a long-time student and now four year staff member of Prime Time Tumbling. She has a decade of competitive all-star cheerleading behind her with an additional six years and the recreational level. She currently cheers for Shippensburg University while majoring in psychology with a minor in mathematics.
Stephanie Walsh: Steph has been on staff for the past five years, mostly in our NYC program. She specializes in Acro and as choreographed many numbers for cheer, dance and theater. Steph participated in many years of both competitive cheer and dance along with Dance Theater and other theater/music productions when in college. She is an alumni of St. John's University and currently works with children full time outside of Prime Time Tumbling.
